The Process

1. Initially we will have a consultation in person, or by phone or conference call, to go through the providers and various services that are available for a business of your scale in your area.

2. We will then require information on your current monthly telephone spend, call profiles and on your Internet access requirements.

3. A detailed proposal will then be prepared outlining the various options available and the cost / productivity benefits these options will provide to your business. We also provide information gained from our client's experiences of the services we provide and reference sites for our recommendations.

4. Once you are satisfied with our recommendation, Taurus will project manage any changes in provider required and ensure that these happen without any disruption to your business.

5. You will then receive a quarterly report prepared by us at no charge in order to provide quantifiable results that our recommendations have been of benefit to your business. This will continue as long as you remain clients of Taurus Communications.
